1. Acceptance of terms and conditions: By using this site you agree to the terms and conditions set out on this page.  It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with these terms and conditions, while it is the company’s responsibility to make it available to you.
2. New Resellers: Minimum Purchase of 10 products on our ezdownshop.co.za website and completed Resellers Application form.  Thereafter, you will qualify for discounted rates.
3. Product information: Product descriptions are available on each product page.  The retail price is indicated with a line through it.  For example, R1000,00.  Below that your Resellers discount is given.  When you order 51 or more of each item, a further discount applies.  All prices include 15% VAT. 
4. Retail Price and Promotions: You undertake to sell the product for no less than the listed retail rate.  This is to ensure that the product is not devalued and to promote fairness between resellers. If you intend to run any promotion for any reason, this needs to be negotiated and disclosed to Cheryne Turnbull directly at cheryne@isaza.co.za or on 083 458 8288. 
5. The Original Product:  EZDown is the Original Invention and Manufacturer with the help of ISAZA (Industrial Specialised Applications).  Make sure you have the original EZDown or EZReLoaded.  If you are unsure, please contact us. Our product is the original and has been copied by many since  we started manufacturing 10 years ago. We have had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with the damages and failures these copies cause. The first glaring visual is the damper or piston rod out of China is that it is silver in colour and the hardware is inferior.  Copies often don’t fit, it is poor in quality, it gives the product a bad name due to poor, or no performance. 
6. Payment: Payment options are available on checkout and may change from time to time.   We try to meet all your needs with a variety of options.
7. Shipping/Delivery: Delivery options are available on checkout and may change from time to time.  We try to be as versatile as possible in this regard to suit all your requirements.
8. Returns and refunds: Returns, refunds, and exchanges – Each case is evaluated on its own merits.  We are confident in our product.  We provide the best quality products available, but we will take accountability where need be. 
9. User responsibilities: Our customer service is excellent.  If you have not heard from us 24 hours on a workday after placing your order, please contact us.  Please read the user instructions and watch online installation videos LINK on how to install our products.  Please contact us if you are unsure of any instructions.  
10. Liability: EZDown/ISAZA is not responsible for delivery and shipping services provided by third parties.  We cannot guarantee that goods will arrive, or that it will arrive in the same condition as what it left our premises.   However, please contact us if you have any issues with deliveries arranged by us for us to try and assist.
